GBGreat support from Eshine Great support from Eshine. The sensor on one of my undercounter LED lights failed after about 6 months, however, my other lights are working fine after many more months. Eshine quickly replaced the light, they were easy to contact and very responsive. Will definitely continue to purchase their products.

GBOne of my best-ever buys on Amazon! Wow! First, packaging was great — I mean, Apple would be impressed. Second, the lights are very high quality. Third, the IR motion detector works great and is fast! Fourth, there are two different connectors (I bought the 3x40”) set: the wire that you see in all packages, PLUS small “hard” connectors that enable you to put two or more lights together in a “solid” unit without having to hide a bunch of extra wire. Those are great! Finally, customer service was unbelievably fast and helpful. I had several questions related to my somewhat unusual install — every response came in less than 24 hours. Unheard of these days. This has to be one of my all-time best purchases on Amazon.

GBGreat customer service! Great customer service! We ordered 2 rechargeable lights and one was defective. I contacted Customer Support and immediately had someone assigned to the case (Amelia, who was great!) who ascertained the nature of the problem and sent us a replacement. So far, the lights stay charged longer than any others we've tried and the magnetic strip to hold them in place is very strong. Super happy with our purchase, and the service!

Paul guided me through a simple process—he asked for a brief video detailing the problem. After a swift review, he promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent my way. In essence, their customer service exceeded my expectations. In today's landscape, experiencing such a high level of service is genuinely refreshing.

GBI struggled at first to install the… I struggled at first to install the undercabinet lights on my own, but I eventually made it happen and I am super happy with the outcome. The installation success of my unique installation situation was only possible because of the steadfast help I received from EShine's Customer Service. They were very quick and detailed in responding to my questions along the way. Seeing how responsive and dedicated they were after the sale is what makes me give them a five-star review.
