Misinformed
SXExtremely disappointed Extremely disappointed. My wife had asked specifically by phone if Lighting and Locks would not split our order up the way Amazon does since we live in the Caribbean and use a freight forwarder. Based on the assurance we used this company for the first time to see if we could spread our online shopping to other retailers than Amazon. Needless to say the two items of the order shipped separately and we wound up paying more in freight than the order was worth. Not nice to fool a first (and now last) time customer.

GBI purchased a Minke RC210 fan… I purchased a Minke RC210 fan controller for my ceiling fan in September. it worked great until it died in July. It was under warranty, and I contacted Lighting and Locks. The friendly and efficient staff sent me a new one, no problem. I then purchased another controller for another fan. Both controllers shipped out quickly and at a good price! They also know which controller works with which fan, which is important!

GBFALSE ADVERTISER!!!!!!! Purchased a fan from this seller that was advertised as "used like new". It stopped working within 2 weeks. Now I am out $300 for install, diagnostic, and uninstall of a fan that was falsely advertised as like new. When I called the seller I was told "I'm sorry, I'm not responsible for electrician costs." UMMM how about you are responsible for falsely advertising a product as being in like new condition?????? AVOID THIS SELLER AND THEIR GARBAGE PRODUCTS
