Another update. Another update. My wife finally received her order but guess what? it contained wrong items and damaged items. Contacted the so called customer service about this 48 hours ago, but guess what? that's right, no reply. Trading standards time I think. This company takes your money, takes forever to fulfill an order and when you get it, its wrong and/or damaged. When you contact them, they just ignore you, this has to be a breach in regulations surely?

Arrived in good time but not sure of… Arrived in good time but not sure of the quality of the Castor Oil. Our previous supply only had a slight colour but the colour of this one has influenced the the soap mix and we need to see how it dries out.

Lack of communication is not acceptable I haven’t had my order. I can’t call so have emailed 3 times now and keep getting a random message saying part of my order is waiting for me?? Waiting where? I’ve paid for delivery yet there is t a tracking number available. I understand delays but your lack of communication is not acceptable. This is the first time I have ordered from you and unless I get a valid response tomorrow I will not be using you again.
