Lack of communication is not acceptable I haven’t had my order. I can’t call so have emailed 3 times now and keep getting a random message saying part of my order is waiting for me?? Waiting where? I’ve paid for delivery yet there is t a tracking number available. I understand delays but your lack of communication is not acceptable. This is the first time I have ordered from you and unless I get a valid response tomorrow I will not be using you again.

This company are amazing This company are amazing not only are they the only company that the fragrance oils smell like the actual dupe (and I have tried loads of different company’s) and now will only ever get them from here. there customer service are fantastic I emailed them and my problem was resolve no issues at all
