Soap moulds arrived today Soap moulds arrived today, they look great & I'm looking forward to using them. Delivery has been quite a while in coming but frankly I'm happy to wait in such extraordinary times.

Communication is very poor Communication is very poor. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery although extended times on website said an extra 4 days. Had to pay the price of express delivery 24 Tracked to use 1st Class postage only. Tried to ring company and was redirected to email as no enquiries being taken about delivery, and no response on email for a few days. Has badly impacted business. Better delivery prices should be offered whilst deadlines are unable to be met and perhaps new orders should not be taken if inundated or increase of orders are made, of which the company are struggling to keep up to date with.

Recieved my order this morning had to… Recieved my order this morning had to wait a while for it to arrive but I’m sure that was due to problems beyond anyone’s control. The fragrances are beautiful. I’m looking forwards to using them in my soap
