I absolutely love all my hexclad… I absolutely love all my hexclad cookware! I was obviously impressed with the product but their customer service is top notch as well. My 12 inch pan had a screw that was loose so I put in a warranty claim. Firstly, their response was lightning quick, mind you I put the claim in after 8pm. By the time I woke up I had an email requesting additional information and within 2 to 3 hours the claim was resolved and a new pan on the way. Highly recommend!!!

HexClad best products, bar none My wife first told me about HexClad products so I splurged and bought her a full set. She is delighted with all and so impressed with their quality. Best cookware she ever used. Hearing this I bought another wok-style pan with cover and she was tickled pink. She loves everything about them. Now the latest, I surprised her with a round HexClad pizza pan and she is in heaven. Best quality products, all received in perfect condition and HexClad packaging for shipping is superb. She loves cooking and using the best pots, pans, etc., she is in heaven. Thank you all for these exceptional products and great experience. Couldn't ask for better.

Very impressed I’ve only had mine for a couple of weeks but I am very pleased. I was a bit worried because I saw some posts about food sticking but honestly, absolutely no sticking. Even cooked some candied pecans which are very sticky and nothing stuck!!

Still like new I've had these pans for almost a year and besides a few marks they look new. We cook everything at home and never hand wash so these pans really hold up.

My pans are here! I finally got my order after a few days of delay, thank you for answering my emails and explaining the situation. This was my second order from Hexclad, will definitely buy again soon.
