Still like new I've had these pans for almost a year and besides a few marks they look new. We cook everything at home and never hand wash so these pans really hold up.

Big Marketing fake Big Marketing fake. The pan is not much better then other normal inox pans. Eggs are sticking more then in other pans!! So be very careful when you order Hexclad, don’t spend this amount of money an buy instead a normal inox pan, it’s the same for 1/5 of the price. I am not sure, if Ramsey is really using this Hexclad. Never again and stop making fake advertisement!!!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE One of our pans developed a crack in one of the handles. With a total of 3 emails, and three pictures HexClad handled it under warranty and are shipping me a replacement pan. Best customer service I have ever worked with. If only others would learn how they do it.

HexClad best products, bar none My wife first told me about HexClad products so I splurged and bought her a full set. She is delighted with all and so impressed with their quality. Best cookware she ever used. Hearing this I bought another wok-style pan with cover and she was tickled pink. She loves everything about them. Now the latest, I surprised her with a round HexClad pizza pan and she is in heaven. Best quality products, all received in perfect condition and HexClad packaging for shipping is superb.
