Deceptive company LNY had a return policy that seemed reasonable so even though I didn’t know the company, I took a chance and purchased. Welp, jokes on me because they wouldn’t accept a return. The product page also wasn’t marked as final sale or non returnable - I guess they just *decided* they wouldn’t accept my return. The worst part? They wouldn’t work with me at all. I said I’d accept store credit and no dice. I also asked them to produce literally any language that suggested the item was nonreturnable and they went radio silent (because there was none).

She facilitated the temporary sale price of a competitor and a little bit more, making it worthwhile doing business with them. The process was efficient, with updates on shipping information. All went smoothly and I received my table directly from the manufacturer in a timely manner. No doubt I will turn to them in the future.
