ORDERING The discount and ordering experience is great but let's wait to see if I need to return it before I complete my review.

Fantastic Discount I was interested in purchasing a few of Northeast Lantern lights. LNY ads were scrolling down the right side of the browser page and I clicked on it. The initial price shown for the outside flush mount light I was interested in gave me pause. However these products are hand made in New Hampshire by American craftspeople. When LNY offered up to a 25% on my first purchase,I jumped on the opportunity with both feet. I'll be back for additional purchases in the future.

Deceptive company LNY had a return policy that seemed reasonable so even though I didn’t know the company, I took a chance and purchased. Welp, jokes on me because they wouldn’t accept a return. The product page also wasn’t marked as final sale or non returnable - I guess they just *decided* they wouldn’t accept my return. The worst part? They wouldn’t work with me at all. I said I’d accept store credit and no dice. I also asked them to produce literally any language that suggested the item was nonreturnable and they went radio silent (because there was none).

love this light have been looking for a new light always shop at lighting New York and I found it very fast to order and take just less than a week to get your light

I LOVE Lighting New York. I am not sure how I found Lighting New York but I a so glad I did! Their on-line customer service, through chat, is amazing. Any question is answered in seconds. Their search engine is efficient and ordering is simple and straight forward. I always get my order quickly and, knock on wood, have never had a problem. Customer for 2 years and counting!
