I like Lighting New York I've purchased 2 sconces and 2 chandeliers from Lighting New York. The pricing is great. BUT, I find searching for what I want VERY difficult. The search filters are not detailed enough. I also find the product descriptions and photos to be lacking. If you know exactly what you want and can search for it directly the site is very good. If you're browsing it takes far too much time to sift through multiple pages that may or may not contain what you're looking for since you can't easily narrow down your search. I only shop when I know the exact fixture I want.

A+ First Experience Had a very pleasant first purchase experience with Lighting New York. I was assisted by the online rep., Wendy Pellegrino, who price matched a table I researched on many websites. She facilitated the temporary sale price of a competitor and a little bit more, making it worthwhile doing business with them. The process was efficient, with updates on shipping information. All went smoothly and I received my table directly from the manufacturer in a timely manner. No doubt I will turn to them in the future.

Don’t listen to these negative reviews. I almost cancelled my order after seeing the reviews. These reviews are not at all what I experienced. I purchased from this website and found the sconce we wanted for about $175.00 less than everywhere else (including Wayfair). I ordered my light on Tuesday (March 28th) and had the light in my hands on Saturday (April 1st), 4 days later. No waiting 2 weeks to process, not getting shipped from China, none of the complaints I’m seeing here. Maybe they are fake complaints from rival companies, because I just can’t understand where anybody would be unhappy. Make sure you read the other reviews posted by the people posting negative comments for this company…you can see some people are just insane. Further, the light is prettier in real life than pictured, and came with a spare crystal.

I LOVE Lighting New York. I am not sure how I found Lighting New York but I a so glad I did! Their on-line customer service, through chat, is amazing. Any question is answered in seconds. Their search engine is efficient and ordering is simple and straight forward. I always get my order quickly and, knock on wood, have never had a problem. Customer for 2 years and counting!

Excellent prices, excellent service! In addition to truly excellent prices this company provides absolutely wonderful service. You can call anytime of the week and get immediate assistance.
