Never Received Product I purchased a light fixture from Batten Home and received an order confirmation stating I would receive another email once the item had shipped. I waited and waited, receiving no further correspondence from the company. Finally several weeks later I decided to email them to check up on the order. They responded to tell me that the item was out of stock. Would have been nice to receive this information after placing the order rather than waiting around for a month for a package that never came!

During a recent kitchen remodel we knew the MUTTO Rime pendant would be a perfect addition to our redesigned space. It’s a beautiful piece with its frosted globe and stylish cord and base. We ordered two, easily online, to go over our sink and they arrived within days (even with the free shipping!). Wonderful customer service Wonderful customer service! There was an issue with a product, and they offered the option of a generous rebate or a free return. Shipping is speedy, and items are packaged nicely. As far as I can tell, this is one of the only domestic distributors of Skagerak, Form & Refine, and other great northern european brands.
