Return are expensive! Just cautioning everyone to be aware of their return policy! You have to pay to ship anything back, and I’m my case, the cost to ship the items back was $15 and the Amber water bottles cost $25 total. They were not able to make an arrangement to help mitigate my return shipping costs. Do not recommend buying from them for this reason.

Shipping is speedy, and items are packaged nicely. As far as I can tell, this is one of the only domestic distributors of Skagerak, Form & Refine, and other great northern european brands.
