I don't understand how this place can… I don't understand how this place can have a rating of so many stars. This place has terrible customer support. I was waiting for a couple of days for an email with a reply. As for my last email, I've actually never got a response. I placed an order for an item in stock (lead time) according to the prolighting website, tho I was waiting for three weeks before it was shipped. The restock fee is a ripoff! I purchase the wrong position light bulb due to a confusing description on the website. I realized my mistake when I got the package. I actually never opened the bulb box. At this point, I need to pay for a delivery, which is ok, I guess, and 25% restock fee! It's not worth sending it back because the refund goes towards $0. I will never order anything from this place again and will not recommend this place to my friends.

Great supplier for LED fixtures and bulbs Have purchased from them numerous times. This company is the best for commercial and residential LED lighting needs. Wide range of quality products and extremely responsive via chat and email if I ever need help with anything. They even custom ordered some bulbs for me that I couldn't find elsewhere. Great experience and fair prices, excellent overall experience.

What I ordered arrived - site information could be a little better I ordered LED candelabra bulbs, it would be nice to see Lumen values posted for all bulbs on the site, as well as illumination angle - this sets the expectation for how bright it will be. The bulbs work, and the color is what I ordered, but I'd like it brighter and to spread the light differently. Without the brightness and beam angle info, the alternative for an end user is to buy one of each and compare them (and return the others) - I really don't have time or patience for that.

Great lighting effect, disappointed with lever of light I bought 12 LED Mini Star lights illuminate two display cabinets full of really nice pottery. The effect is spectacular! We have the cabinet lights turned on about 5 hours a day which means, according to the stated average life of 60,000 hours, should last about 20 years. However, I just had one light go out a little under a year. I had to order another for $45 plus S&H even though I let Pro Lighting know of the premature failure. Not sure if the failure was a fluke or not....I hope I don't lose any more anytime soon. Pro Lighting doesn't seem too customer oriented about this product, do it may be beneficial to get this light from another supplier our find another light that lasts as long as advertised. I love this light, but was very disappointed when it failed.

Delivered on time, good quality product, no issues Product was delivered on time and very good quality. LED candelabra lights quality to my eyes is indistinguishable from the incandescents that they replaced. Only difference was that these 4W bulbs actually shine a bit (but noticeably) brighter than the 25W incandescents. Pretty impressive while drawing less than 20% of the power. I would order from ProLighting.com again.
