Poor quality, no credit or refund This is my second order from Forge. The first time, I did receive beautiful solid brass pulls, which were expensive. This time, however, with trust in this company, I placed an order for sale items which were advertised as "satin brass" corner pulls, but turned out to be very low-quality light weight cheap look and feel pulls. They were on sale and advertised as having "some issues with finishes". The 38 pulls I received were in original packaging and had no issues with the finish, they are simply low quality, which look and feel like gold spray painted aluminum. I asked for a refund or store credit and they responded with this, "We always recommend ordering 1-3 pieces before placing a large order", "If we receive any false claims or fraudulent activity we will forward all the conversations to our legal team to handle from here". They refused to give any credit or refund and said that it was a final sale. There were no photos examples of the "finish issues". I feel like this is a bait and switch. I will never buy from this company again. I filed a report with the BBB.

I ordered champagne brass farmhouse… I ordered champagne brass farmhouse hardware and it’s absolutely beautiful. I received knobs and pulls. Shipping was fast and packed nicely. These match my GECafe appliances hardware perfect. They even look like the hardware on my new appliances . The craftsmanship are over the top. Would highly recommend. Great customer service.

They won’t take returns... Read all the bad reviews on returning items and believe them. I didn’t. I got screwed. Rude customer service and a business that borders on crooked. Shop else where... D Lawless Hardware or Home Depot Online have Same products at lower prices and much better customer service.

Fantastic hardware and fantastic… Fantastic hardware and fantastic customer service!! My project had a sudden change and I had to switch hardware for all my kitchen cabinets three days before it was to be installed, Forge came through for me with having my order ready to ship only a couple business hours later and they got it overnighted to me - amazing. My cabinet guy also really appreciated the hardware quality and feel. Thank you so much, Forge!!

I can not say enough good things about… I can not say enough good things about Forge Hardware customer service. The moment I placed my sample order I received a follow up email from Alex confirming my order and asking if I needed anything in addition. From that point on, Alex assisted me with all of my needs including expediting my shipping. He was pro-active, attentive, and communicative. My family is moving and undergoing a renovation. Throughout this process, I can count on one hand the number of times a vendor has been this accommodating and helpful. Not only is the hardware from Forge beautiful but the service is top notch.
