So many promblems with my order So many promblems with my order. Still havent recived and its been 3 weeks. First they sent it to the wrong address. Then they said they resent it and it would be there within 3 days its been a week and a half. I do not recommend this company. Stick with Amazon or Walmart. Costomer service is terrible. There no one to talk to.

The order came quickly The order came quickly. I actually ordered this item to raffle so I have not opened it. There were a few dings/rips in the box but looked like it was a box within a box so hopping all is well when our winner of the raffle opens it up.

As advertised I was a little nervous ordering from Lucaneo since I was not familiar with them and the price was extremely low but package shipped and arrived as promised. Super happy and will definitely buy from them again.

True to their word. When I informed them that they sent the wrong product, they offered me a 20% refund or exchange. This was a noble thing to do. I haven't yet put the hottub together, so I hope that all is well with it.
