Better Spa & Best Customer Service We had ordered an Intex spa, but received a Coleman instead! Having tried to order an Inte spa from several other resources, including Amazon and Home Depot, etc., they cancelled the orders and said that it could not be shipped to us at our Oregon address, since there was a relatively new ordinance against shipping Hot tubs to certain states, including Oregon, without it adhering to new energy efficient regulations. However, Lucaneo was a real problem-solver by substituting the Coleman, which has a newly/designed, energy-saving, efficient optional use cover, and thus it was able to be shipped to us legally. It came sooner than expected, is a much sturdier and better-designed spa than the Intex and we are very happy to have received it as a substitute! Moreover, rarely have I ever received such prompt and knowledgeable customer service as yours! If I ever need any other products, which you have on your website, I’ll be sure to do business with you again!

As advertised I was a little nervous ordering from Lucaneo since I was not familiar with them and the price was extremely low but package shipped and arrived as promised. Super happy and will definitely buy from them again.

Timely delivery, but missing a piece we thought was coming We got what we ordered in a timely manner. Wish there was more info as to the parts that come with it though. This model was missing a piece that we had received on previous versions of the pool and when I tried to inquire via chat, I never got an agent and gave up after 15 minutes of waiting.
