Was was sent wrong hot rub , Ordered a Coleman green large hot tub and received a smaller orange one. Called a couple times and they have no idea what I’m talking about and said they’d get back to me. The 30 day return policy just expired , I’m sure they’ll call next week. I had to call the credit card to dispute it now.

The order came quickly The order came quickly. I actually ordered this item to raffle so I have not opened it. There were a few dings/rips in the box but looked like it was a box within a box so hopping all is well when our winner of the raffle opens it up.

So many promblems with my order So many promblems with my order. Still havent recived and its been 3 weeks. First they sent it to the wrong address. Then they said they resent it and it would be there within 3 days its been a week and a half. I do not recommend this company. Stick with Amazon or Walmart. Costomer service is terrible. There no one to talk to.
