The order was fulfilled as ordered The order was fulfilled as ordered. The communication was less than adequate due to not being able to know when order is or was shipped. I did not have a problem with the delivery time but would have been nice to have been informed of estimated time period. Had trouble when calling as well as emailing. It got to a point where I was not sure if "The Lighting Marketplace" was a real business or it was a scam. Communication is very important.

Lackluster company with lesser customer service I ordered with the website giving me a delivery date in about 8 days. When the item did not arrive after 8 days, I reached out. I was then told there was a backorder on my item (for a month later than originally estimated!). I asked for anything to make the unexpected wait worth my time--and I was told "Eh, this is a good price for this item so no. You can have a discount next time you order." As if I would want to order from a company who doesn't let you know items you order are backordered and doesn't own up to their mistakes/apologize to customers when their databases aren't up to date/functioning to basic standards.

Didn't follow through with order. I ordered a Schonbeck chandelier in October /23 . It was supposed to be delivered in a week but I haven't heard from the merchant . I called to inquire a month later, was told the item was back ordered but just came in. The representative assured me it will be shipped out the next week. Another month and I still didn't hear from them. I wrote to the customer help website but has yet to hear from anyone. I am in the process of requesting a refund.
