Another Chinese scam This is another SCAM Chinese company masquerading as a legitimate European business. Despite sending three separate emails over the last 10 days I've had absolutely no response. Despite the confirmation saying 'track your order' there's absolutely nothing showing on their FAKE tracking tool. Very happy to take your money and not deliver or even bother communicate. AVOID RESPONSE TO COMPANY Not disputing anything I've said: – Chinese company [TICK] – Pretending to be in the Netherlands [TICK] – Even the response to this review, like everything else, is weeks late [TICK] – Don't waste your time or money!

Definitely a SCAM!!! I finally received my Osmo. I plugged it in and it did not work. I thought it needs to charge. I charged it 24 hrs and it would not work, wouldn’t “turn on”. Of course the customer service # was disconnected, so I emailed the company. I received a response that I could return it if it had not been opened and was in the original packaging. I responded that how could I know it didn’t work if I didn’t open the package? It is definitely a scam and I’m out of $180.00. Don’t buy an Osmo, keep your money!

Once I sent an email request for help advisors guided me through the process of selecting a size. In the end, I was still confused as there didn’t seem to be a direct relationship between the sizing chart and sizing diagram. An advisor the same size as me was the most helpful.
