CAMy purchase was a heated vest My purchase was a heated vest, but I found the sizing information very confusing. Once I sent an email request for help advisors guided me through the process of selecting a size. In the end, I was still confused as there didn’t seem to be a direct relationship between the sizing chart and sizing diagram. An advisor the same size as me was the most helpful.

CAOSMO LiteMeter Z7is excellent. The OSMO LiteMeter Z7 is an excellent product. The shoulder cuff was easy to apply and adjust, but most important. The blood pressure readings are very accurate. After receiving my order, I kept getting messages that my order is coming. I was informed by your help department that there was a technical glitch at your end and it was resolved. Most important, the support and response was prompt. Thank you.

AUMy Osmo vacuum Wow I was pleasantly surprised at the very kind approach from your team. I wasn’t expecting a reply Thanks so much. “REALLY EXCELLENT” I think people should understand my dealings with you. I purchased the Osmo stick vacuum with a cost of 299.00 Ok The item was more like a toy The Osmo team are going to replace this with an upgraded more powerful motor the X21 I had notifications that the item has been posted/ I am waiting so let’s see. If it doesn’t show up or I have an issue then I’ll update this post to reflect the outcome. Good luck

GBANGRY CUSTOMER I had a standard respose to my 1st Trustpilot review 2 days ago yet no response to my emails requesting a return. My order number is OSUK6288. Please send me return details ASAP. UPDATE: After adding my order number to this they did get in touch and accepted my return. I paid the postage as per the returns policy and received a full refund quite quickly. I wouldn't buy from them again as this caused a lot of stress.

GBDefinitely a SCAM!!! I finally received my Osmo. I plugged it in and it did not work. I thought it needs to charge. I charged it 24 hrs and it would not work, wouldn’t “turn on”. Of course the customer service # was disconnected, so I emailed the company. I received a response that I could return it if it had not been opened and was in the original packaging. I responded that how could I know it didn’t work if I didn’t open the package? It is definitely a scam and I’m out of $180.00. Don’t buy an Osmo, keep your money!
