Frustrated Pleased with the product that I finally received. A package no bigger than a standard letter took over two full weeks (14 days 12 working days). The ordering web site is clunky and does not accept both a billing address and a charging address. Took me several phone calls and emails to finally straighten issues out my order.

almost a month and still not shipped Customer service team is great, friendly and pleasant. This company gets one star because the product we ordered said it would ship in 2-4 days, it's been 29 days and the product has not shipped. I've contacted customer service twice and had very pleasant converastions with them each time, but still have no idea when my order will ship.

I may live in an "unfancy"… I may live in an "unfancy" neighborhood, but my mailbox, now"decorated" with it's quite classy- looking numbers purchased from this company, is not just easy to read, but elegantly so. This purchase arrived quickly; and application very easy. I love the quality brass and its font. Not to mention the subtle message it sends...I live in SeaHawk territory, but my mailbox is green, and numbers are brass-gold.
