Light fixture is damaged and I’m trying… Light fixture is damaged and I’m trying to fix the problem. The screws popped out on two mount brackets at top of fixture. Also they sent the bulb to the wrong address? Still waiting on that item. Not a happy customer It was a expensive street light.

Took over 2wks for Mfr to ship product after receiving order. Then ........ the shipment got LOST in FedX's system. Your crew was great .......... expedited the problem solution. Rec'd product - and ...... THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE. Your crew got to the Mfr............ and arranged for another to go out THAT DAY - via FedX overnight. Rec'd the replacement part today. The price has doubled on this product… The price has doubled on this product in a little over a year. The first three cost 1700. The fourth one 3400. Nowhere near the quality it should be for the price. It’s hard to believe these can’t be built for less in the 🇺🇸

Very nice people but order has been… Very nice people but order has been plagued with problems from the start with no confirmations, then delivery of only one of the two needed bulbs. Finally got delivery and missing the 8' pole. Still no tracking on the second bulb after more than a week! They keep saying their working on it, but I have to keep calling .... not forthcoming with information.
