Great service! Highest recommendation. My experience was exceptional - particularly during these labor impacted Covid-19 time period. Ordered a Bobi mailbox, posts and flanges. The rarely used flanges needed to be special ordered with the Finnish manufacturer. almost a month and still not shipped Customer service team is great, friendly and pleasant. This company gets one star because the product we ordered said it would ship in 2-4 days, it's been 29 days and the product has not shipped. I've contacted customer service twice and had very pleasant converastions with them each time, but still have no idea when my order will ship.

Took over 2wks for Mfr to ship product after receiving order. Then ........ the shipment got LOST in FedX's system. Your crew was great .......... expedited the problem solution. Rec'd product - and ...... THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE. Your crew got to the Mfr............ and arranged for another to go out THAT DAY - via FedX overnight. Rec'd the replacement part today.
