Frustrated Pleased with the product that I finally received. A package no bigger than a standard letter took over two full weeks (14 days 12 working days). The ordering web site is clunky and does not accept both a billing address and a charging address. Took me several phone calls and emails to finally straighten issues out my order.

Great service! Highest recommendation. My experience was exceptional - particularly during these labor impacted Covid-19 time period. Ordered a Bobi mailbox, posts and flanges. The rarely used flanges needed to be special ordered with the Finnish manufacturer. Took over 2wks for Mfr to ship product after receiving order. Then ........ the shipment got LOST in FedX's system. Your crew was great .......... expedited the problem solution. Rec'd product - and ...... THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE. Your crew got to the Mfr............ and arranged for another to go out THAT DAY - via FedX overnight. Rec'd the replacement part today.
