Not what I wanted, not what I ordered I ordered a plate with an oil rubbed bronze finish for my front door. The first plate I received had a stainless finish. I requested a return and refund which was denied. They tried to make it right by sending me a new plate in the finish I originally ordered. However, what they call oil rubbed bronze is just brown. It does not match any oil rubbed bronze finish on any merchandise at any store I have been to. Now I have two plates that do not match my hardware and that I cannot use. And I'm out $38.00. Frustrating and aggravating. What do I do with these?

Bad experience Ordered 4screws for Schlage Lock. Total cost of 10$. They were asking 200$ for shipping to Canada. Emailed them asking if possible to send by mail: never received any response from them. They don’t seem interested if you buy small items . So I got them screws elsewhere for a reasonable cost. This company is rated below 0 in my mind!!!

I placed an order on 1-11 & 4 days… I placed an order on 1-11 & 4 days later I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation. No holiday or weekend included. I have talked to customer service (very nice lady) & was told I would receive tracking information that day...still nothing. I emailed customer service & still no tracking information. I’m not pleased with the service I have received. You would think that when a customer buys a product they would get requested information in a timely manner.

buyer beware When I ordered my 1st lock I called because I was unsure which lock I needed. The sales person advised me which lock I needed. When I received the lock and installed it, it was not the correct lock. When I called back I was told I would need to purchase additional software in order to get that lock to work or purchase the correct lock and return the incorrect lock. So, I purchased another lock, returned the 1st lock that you told me to buy. My return was non-refundable because we had installed it! Even though nothing was wrong with it. So, I now have a $750 paperweight! Will never order from this company again.
