I actually ordered the wrong things I actually ordered the wrong things. Got a call from them about five minutes later to make sure that’s what I wanted. After correcting my order, they gave me the products for what I’d already paid which was quite a bit cheaper. I’ll order from here from now on.

Misleading advertising and very poor customer service We were told the lock was wireless and we were led to believe we could communicate with the lock via cell phone. However, your advertising on Amazon is very misleading. We tried to return the lock to Amazon, but the return was refused. Your advertising is simply not accurate.

Not what I wanted, not what I ordered I ordered a plate with an oil rubbed bronze finish for my front door. The first plate I received had a stainless finish. I requested a return and refund which was denied. They tried to make it right by sending me a new plate in the finish I originally ordered. However, what they call oil rubbed bronze is just brown. It does not match any oil rubbed bronze finish on any merchandise at any store I have been to. Now I have two plates that do not match my hardware and that I cannot use. And I'm out $38.00. Frustrating and aggravating. What do I do with these?

buyer beware When I ordered my 1st lock I called because I was unsure which lock I needed. The sales person advised me which lock I needed. When I received the lock and installed it, it was not the correct lock. When I called back I was told I would need to purchase additional software in order to get that lock to work or purchase the correct lock and return the incorrect lock. So, I purchased another lock, returned the 1st lock that you told me to buy. My return was non-refundable because we had installed it! Even though nothing was wrong with it. So, I now have a $750 paperweight! Will never order from this company again.
