GBAt first I received the wrong lock At first i received the wrong handed lock. I possibly put in the wrong part number but after I finally talked to someone with the company I was able to send the wrong lock back and they sent the correct one. It seemed to take a long time to get the correct lock back but i finally received it and installed it.

GBNot what I wanted, not what I ordered I ordered a plate with an oil rubbed bronze finish for my front door. The first plate I received had a stainless finish. I requested a return and refund which was denied. They tried to make it right by sending me a new plate in the finish I originally ordered. However, what they call oil rubbed bronze is just brown. It does not match any oil rubbed bronze finish on any merchandise at any store I have been to. Now I have two plates that do not match my hardware and that I cannot use. And I'm out $38.00. Frustrating and aggravating. What do I do with these?

GBI called into sales I called into sales , described what door and application we had sent a photo and got out the right lock and strike the first time !

GBThought I had found the solution to my… Thought I had found the solution to my buzzer door problem. When part broke within 30 days I was required to send the broken piece back in rendering my unit lock less. Then there was a clumsy resolution that way too much time and effort. I had right model numbers for replacement locks but I’ve come to learn you might want to consider door weight. Finally received resolution after 3 months and dispute via credit card company
