GBKeyless entry After 15 years, our first unit broke and we are replacing it with the same unit as original. It seams that the cold weather finally did it in. It is so much easier not worrying if you have your key to open the door to get in, We love it!!!!!

GBThought I had found the solution to my… Thought I had found the solution to my buzzer door problem. When part broke within 30 days I was required to send the broken piece back in rendering my unit lock less. Then there was a clumsy resolution that way too much time and effort. I had right model numbers for replacement locks but I’ve come to learn you might want to consider door weight. Finally received resolution after 3 months and dispute via credit card company

GBI placed an order on 1-11 & 4 days… I placed an order on 1-11 & 4 days later I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation. No holiday or weekend included. I have talked to customer service (very nice lady) & was told I would receive tracking information that day...still nothing. I emailed customer service & still no tracking information. I’m not pleased with the service I have received. You would think that when a customer buys a product they would get requested information in a timely manner.
