Far from perfect We ordered a vanity for our bathroom. It was delivered on time, but there were several issues with the item (it didn't match the sketch that could be found online, so the plumbing had to be redone - the basin had a crack and leaked - another part was missing - the door had a scratch). I have spent hours on the phone with mainfaucet employees, all of them were very nice - but the communication between them really didn't work, so I had to call back multiple times. We had to have the plumber come back out, which of course he charged us for. So, overall, not a pleasant experience and it would have been better to buy locally.

SCAM ALERT! Ordered 5 fixtures 3 months ago, paid by credit card at the time of the order. Haven't received anything, and the status says "shipped to warehouse". What does that even mean? I've emailed many times to customer service and sales emails, without any reply. BEWARE! This site appears to be a SCAM to get your credit card number!

The remotes, energy saver lights with low heat, excellent cooling were a life saver over the summer in the South. This was a steal and nothing local compared to the elegance of the product which was more beautiful that the pictures revealed online.

Only time will tell how well the hold up in the elements. Some confusion on shipping order that had one light out of stock. Call to customer service quickly resolved and out of stock item shipped as promised when restocked.
