SCAM ALERT! Ordered 5 fixtures 3 months ago, paid by credit card at the time of the order. Haven't received anything, and the status says "shipped to warehouse". What does that even mean? I've emailed many times to customer service and sales emails, without any reply. BEWARE! This site appears to be a SCAM to get your credit card number!

Site Broken, No Response from Merchant in 2 Weeks Two weeks now with no response from their Customer Care. No phone number to call, only an email address or Web form. No payment methods except PayPal actually show up in checkout - despite claims on site that they support various CCs. Any attempt to complete purchase with PayPal FAILS - error message show 'Gateway Failure - Restricted Account'... Not the buyers account (I checked), the merchants account apparently. Appears either out of business or otherwise suspect.

Eco friendly and Elegant I bought matching fans for daughter's bedrooms. Upgrading rooms for return from college. The remotes, energy saver lights with low heat, excellent cooling were a life saver over the summer in the South. This was a steal and nothing local compared to the elegance of the product which was more beautiful that the pictures revealed online.

The customer service was very patient answering my questions. They also shipped the products at the same day I placed the order.

Good prices, but not so easy to do returns I bought a set of corner glass shelves here because the prices were very good compared to similar products from other manufacturers/stores. However, I had contacted them afterwards about returning unopened (box all unopeend, even the original UPS box it came in), and was told that I'd be subject to restocking fees and I'd have to pay for the return shipping. I'm used to Amazon.com where returns are quite easy... So anyways, make sure when you order you are certain you want it, because returns aren't up to what I'm used to. Otherwise good prices, I'd still check them out.
