GBFar from perfect We ordered a vanity for our bathroom. It was delivered on time, but there were several issues with the item (it didn't match the sketch that could be found online, so the plumbing had to be redone - the basin had a crack and leaked - another part was missing - the door had a scratch). I have spent hours on the phone with mainfaucet employees, all of them were very nice - but the communication between them really didn't work, so I had to call back multiple times. We had to have the plumber come back out, which of course he charged us for. So, overall, not a pleasant experience and it would have been better to buy locally.

GBNot in business anymore? I'm not sure what's going on with this retailer. I placed an order for an item 11 days ago and have not had any updates. The item was listed as in stock and that it would ship in 1-3 days. I have emailed and called multiple times but there have been no responses to any of my inquiries. I payed through paypal, luckily nothing has been charged, it's just listed as processing. So perhaps this retailer is no longer in business but just forgot to disable their website...

GBThe pendant Tiffany lamps are a magnificent completing feature for my kitchen. Saw this pendant fixture advertised by a large retailer for significantly greater cost. I was extremely happy to find it at a price point that I felt I could stretch to afford. The glass shades arrived unscathed by the shipping - I am used to foam form-fitted to Tiffany glass, but the packing, while a little messier, served its purpose well. There were no installation instructions, but my sons were able to complete the installation with a little trial and error. The fixture has greatly improved the lighting in the work area of my kitchen in addition to becoming a focal point of beauty.

GBSite Broken, No Response from Merchant in 2 Weeks Two weeks now with no response from their Customer Care. No phone number to call, only an email address or Web form. No payment methods except PayPal actually show up in checkout - despite claims on site that they support various CCs. Any attempt to complete purchase with PayPal FAILS - error message show 'Gateway Failure - Restricted Account'... Not the buyers account (I checked), the merchants account apparently. Appears either out of business or otherwise suspect.

GBHorrible return policy-read fine print My interior decorator found two wall sconces for an area of my home from this company. They looked great, so I ordered them. When they arrived, I opened one of the two boxes to see how it would look but immediately found that they were a bit to flush mounted for my wall with 1/2" trim. I called to get a Return confirmation and was told I would get a 15% restocking fee plus pay to return them(not totally uncommon) but the restocking fee is history these days. Only one light was unboxed and put back like it never came out and still got burned on it. 3wks later and still no credit on my account. Never do business with them again.
