Horrible return policy-read fine print My interior decorator found two wall sconces for an area of my home from this company. They looked great, so I ordered them. When they arrived, I opened one of the two boxes to see how it would look but immediately found that they were a bit to flush mounted for my wall with 1/2" trim. I called to get a Return confirmation and was told I would get a 15% restocking fee plus pay to return them(not totally uncommon) but the restocking fee is history these days. Only one light was unboxed and put back like it never came out and still got burned on it. 3wks later and still no credit on my account. Never do business with them again.

Better than the competitors! I looked everywhere for the lowest price, including Amazon and EBay. I just happened to come across the LightingCity.com web site doing some crazy searches. The chandelier I was looking for was discontinued and not in stock at several places and ridiculously expensive at others. At Lighting City, it was IN STOCK, I got FREE SHIPPING, and it was delivered in GOOD CONDITION and FAST!

Being ignored... I ordered a fan light and a fan, the light came and a globe was cracked. I emailed and they responded right away that they would send a replacement globe. Not only did that never come but neither did the fan. After numerous unanswered calls and emails, I'm finally resorting to contacting my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. What really makes me mad is they list the item as 'shipped' but no tracking....shady.

Far from perfect We ordered a vanity for our bathroom. It was delivered on time, but there were several issues with the item (it didn't match the sketch that could be found online, so the plumbing had to be redone - the basin had a crack and leaked - another part was missing - the door had a scratch). I have spent hours on the phone with mainfaucet employees, all of them were very nice - but the communication between them really didn't work, so I had to call back multiple times. We had to have the plumber come back out, which of course he charged us for. So, overall, not a pleasant experience and it would have been better to buy locally.

Good prices, but not so easy to do returns I bought a set of corner glass shelves here because the prices were very good compared to similar products from other manufacturers/stores. However, I had contacted them afterwards about returning unopened (box all unopeend, even the original UPS box it came in), and was told that I'd be subject to restocking fees and I'd have to pay for the return shipping. I'm used to Amazon.com where returns are quite easy... So anyways, make sure when you order you are certain you want it, because returns aren't up to what I'm used to. Otherwise good prices, I'd still check them out.
