They ignore you after that. I have tried calling every phone number I can find and also emailing several times without any response.

CAI ordered two pillows from Nacove I ordered two pillows from Nacove. I did not find them comfortable so I emailed them within the "return window". No response. I emailed them again. No response. What a waste of almost $400.

AUA grand in the bin Spent $680 on 4 pillows, trialed one and didn’t like it. Asked to return the 3 unopened ones , went back and forth with Diana from customer service a million times and finally got a return address but no return label due to a faulty system. Spent $140 to ship back to USA and was then completely ghosted. Almost a grand in the bin.

They tried to deliver my package but used the wrong address and therefore it wasn’t delivered. I was in contact with Diana via email - it took forever for them to get in touch!
