CATerrible quality and service I am extremely disappointed with the hairdryer I purchased and with the response I received when I tried to return it. The dryer doesn't get hot and the 14 day return policy wasn't honored as the product had been 'used'. I took it out of the box, turned it on, didn't feel heat, and turned it off. The company won't take the product back or return my money. I am completely dissatisfied and would rate zero stars if that was an option!

GBChat saved the day--more info needed on website. Osmo's chat feature was very helpful and made up for the dismal lack of information in the user guide and FAQs. Osmo desperately needs to provide some up-front information for accessing the link to the phone App and recommended SIM cards to purchase. I was clueless until chat helped out.

GBI placed an order for a hairdryer on… I placed an order for a hairdryer on the 16th November. I have been chasing since the beginning of December with no joy. I do get a response to my emails but basically with a tracking number which when I look just says the product is coming from China with no real information as to where it is. I can't find any information on the actual company, so like others on this forum I feel I have been totally scammed out of £109. I thought I had done my research but it was on the product and not on the company. Very angry and upset.
