Terrible quality and service I am extremely disappointed with the hairdryer I purchased and with the response I received when I tried to return it. The dryer doesn't get hot and the 14 day return policy wasn't honored as the product had been 'used'. I took it out of the box, turned it on, didn't feel heat, and turned it off. The company won't take the product back or return my money. I am completely dissatisfied and would rate zero stars if that was an option!

Helpful people Placing an order was very difficult. However I could see a great deal of effort was put in by the staff to rectify the situation, even though it took some time to resolve.
