A complete scam A complete scam. I got repeated e-mails after putting something in the basket. Finally ordered. It was advertised as Christmas present on the website. Turns out it takes weeks to arrive as basically it's coming from China. Contacted customer service. No help, just a very kind and sweet correspondence. Do not order!

Chat saved the day--more info needed on website. Osmo's chat feature was very helpful and made up for the dismal lack of information in the user guide and FAQs. Osmo desperately needs to provide some up-front information for accessing the link to the phone App and recommended SIM cards to purchase. I was clueless until chat helped out.

Terrible quality and service I am extremely disappointed with the hairdryer I purchased and with the response I received when I tried to return it. The dryer doesn't get hot and the 14 day return policy wasn't honored as the product had been 'used'. I took it out of the box, turned it on, didn't feel heat, and turned it off. The company won't take the product back or return my money. I am completely dissatisfied and would rate zero stars if that was an option!

Do not buy I can’t even say this company is unprofessional as I am not able to get to talk to anyone or get any response to my many emails. I found this company through an independent review site and they came up top. I ordered a SAD lamp for just over £75 but as it was a present I got my son to place the order and have it delivered to his address in Manchester. This was in plenty of time for Christmas. My son kept tracking the parcel which was to be delivered by Evri which just kept saying in transit. Needless to say the parcel never arrived . I contacted Evri who eventually replied saying they didn’t know where the parcel was and therefore they would record it as lost. Case closed ! I then tried to contact this company but could not find their website anywhere, the only way I could find it was through the review site . I emailed the customer service email but that bounced back so sent a further three emails to their customer service email. Absolutely zilch , no response at all. I wish I had researched the company via trust pilot before buying . I’m now £75 down and feel I’ve been conned . If anyone has any other contact details for this company please advise. My advice… just don’t buy from them and do your research first. Update. 4/01/23 The response in Swedish says it all !!!!

Unsatisfactory Unsatisfactory. Refund policy said 14 days but now I notice you consider a hair dryer a beauty product. It’s just an electrical product. I will never deal with this company again and will tell everyone I know also
