AUUnsatisfactory Unsatisfactory. Refund policy said 14 days but now I notice you consider a hair dryer a beauty product. It’s just an electrical product. I will never deal with this company again and will tell everyone I know also

GBDo not buy I can’t even say this company is unprofessional as I am not able to get to talk to anyone or get any response to my many emails. I found this company through an independent review site and they came up top. I ordered a SAD lamp for just over £75 but as it was a present I got my son to place the order and have it delivered to his address in Manchester. This was in plenty of time for Christmas. My son kept tracking the parcel which was to be delivered by Evri which just kept saying in transit. Needless to say the parcel never arrived . I contacted Evri who eventually replied saying they didn’t know where the parcel was and therefore they would record it as lost. Case closed ! I then tried to contact this company but could not find their website anywhere, the only way I could find it was through the review site . I emailed the customer service email but that bounced back so sent a further three emails to their customer service email. Absolutely zilch , no response at all. I wish I had researched the company via trust pilot before buying . I’m now £75 down and feel I’ve been conned . If anyone has any other contact details for this company please advise. My advice… just don’t buy from them and do your research first. Update. 4/01/23 The response in Swedish says it all !!!!

FRBought a Topcutter skull shaver for 5 times the price Bought a Topcutter skull shaver for £98.00 arrived from China instructions weren't grammar correct. As suspected quick check reveled identical product on Temu for £16.95. I feel totally ripped right off

GBHelpful people Placing an order was very difficult. However I could see a great deal of effort was put in by the staff to rectify the situation, even though it took some time to resolve.
