GBThese people are scam artists These people are scam artists. They don't actually make or stock any of these products. When you order from them, they just go order the parts from another website (Service Spring Corp) for a fraction of the price, and they keep all the profit. Save yourself time and money and just order the springs directly from a manufacturer instead of paying 4x as much through these guys. In addition, the product will arrive all beat up and damaged. It looks like it was packaged by a 3 year old.

GBExcellent service and safe instructions make all the difference! Like many home-owners I called a local service company the first time my garage door failed. It did not take too long before it failed again, and I was looking at my second set of a broken torsion spring. Using the resources made available by Garage Door Nation I learned that I never had a well balanced door in the past. I followed the safety and installation videos and instructions to a T, and was able to easily convert to a two spring system with a perfectly balanced door. My garage door is extra wide, extra tall, insulated and heavy, and I am now upgrading my door with 7" rollers.

GBScam Artists - Only received part of order - Never Responded to my Inquiries I only received part of my order, and all attempts to contact them (via email and finally out of desperation via their Facebook page) yielded no response (a canned auto-response email with "FAQs" does not count as a response). So they basically ripped me off. Note they do NOT have a phone number for contacting them anywhere on their website or their Facebook page, nor did the one email I received from a real person there (before I placed my order) contain a phone number. I was annoyed with their cheesey attempts to upsell at every opportunity - and had I noticed that they don't publish a phone number on their website, I never would have placed an order with these crooks. As for all the 5-star reviews, I can only guess that those people didn't have any issues with their order and didn't have to deal directly with this shady company. Sure they have a couple of helpful videos out on Youtube, but there are tons of videos watch, including many put out by legitimate honest people. So do your homework - like I didn't in this case - or better yet save yourself the hassle and avoid Garage Door Nation.

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE: The web site is not sufficient to order correct springs and the inferior springs I received looked just like the two I needed to replace, but didn’t work (at any number on windings). BE WARNED: Their no-refund policy applies even when they select the springs you need based on correct measurements, and then their springs don't work. The company could have stood behind their product and web-site, and offer to provide at least a partial credit, but instead they chose to say no. $125 out the window and then they tried to scam me for more by offering a discount on another set. Yeah, right! It appears they will just continue to create unhappy customers unnecessarily until their reputation gets catches up with them.

GBLack of character and integrity I decided to buy my spring from here in spite of the fact that they were about 50% more expensive than other sites. I thought they were a company that operated with integrity but I was wrong. They did not send my full order and won't answer the phone nor return emails. In other words they are thieves. They stole my money.
