Very dissapointed, AVOID this company at all costs We purchased a Wales hanging slate from this company for a neighbour who was moving to England. When it arrived, it was broken having been sent in a flimsy box with no packing, keeping in mind it's slate. On the 23/10/2023, I emailed to ask for a replacement and the response was, "Apologies. I will send another out asap. Sent from my iPhone" Having not received the replacement and after several other emails to this so called business, all of which were ignored, I did start a dispute with the credit card company but as they wanted too much information, I gave up. This was never about the money but the fact we paid for an item in good faith, it arrived broken (Photos to prove this), never got any response other than what is shown above, so my advice is to AVOID this company or business or whatever it is at all costs. Perhaps I should have read the other reviews before making a purchase. Absolutely shocking way to deal with customers.

No customer service Slate clock received in poor condition. Numbers on clockface hardly visible and covered in circular marks. Item is not fit for purpose. Customer service is non-existent. Phone number is unobtainable and e-mail has no response. Will never buy from this company again.

Shambolic trading I’ve given this business 1 star because there is no option to give it 0 stars. After receiving a damaged wall clock and repeatedly trying to contact them, 2 + weeks later I have finally had to admit defeat and count my losses! This business clearly have zero integrity but evidently they continue to brazenly trade . My advice to anyone contemplating giving them an order would be ‘DO NOT’!!

Another unfulfilled order,with ZERO customer service Ordered a slate plaque as a gift beginning of August. Nothing received and no contact from them either. I have emailed 3 times and found also a land line number but still no response ??? I am yet another customer who has been scammed. How can we stop these rip off people being allowed to get away with this. Disgusting.
