I attempted to buy a pump from another… I attempted to buy a pump from another pool supply company - even made The purchase. Then was told delivery would be between 1-3 months! Obviously I cancelled that order. My pool guy suggested the Defender 165. I searched and found you on line, ordered the pump, and received it in about 10 days! Awesome.

Placed my order over a week ago Placed my order over a week ago. Got my email. When a few days passed and no tracking number, I tried to call and got the number was disconnected. Tried emailing and it bounced back as undeliverable. Checked the contact info on the domain and all were blocked but had been updated last month. Waited until a week and then submitted a claim on my credit card.

Product is fine Product is fine, arriving just today. Didn't expect to get it quickly except vendor shared shipping info early and then send to sit on the package as it was days after the shipping label was printed that it final was dropped off to/picked up by shipper. Then trust pilot requested feedback on product a week before delivery. So it seems something went awry with shipping.
