I spent so much time searching through… I spent so much time searching through hundreds of lights to find the perfect set. Shipping was supposed to be about a week out. I paid for the lights and 2 months later they just cancel my order (only after I checked with them a 2nd time for an update) No compensation or coupon for the fact that they have been holding over $1,000 for 2 months and now I need to order from someone else I guess when I eventually get my refund.

Returning Goods is a Nightmare It took six weeks to get my credit after 4 items were verifiably returned to LUMENS. First, only $2,000 was returned three weeks after received back to LUMENS after multiple phone calls. Then more phone calls and begging to get the $1000 balance 2 months after return initiated. Never will I ever order from LUMENS again. This company lost a very substantial customer. Caveat emptor. Not recommended.

Scam company Scam company, do not order. No items stocked, 1 day processing takes a minimum of 4 days. Delivery is ridiculous. Customer service wait time is hours. Reviews aren’t real, they are from other sites as they don’t allow reviews. The worst experience, beware!

Lumens has become my go to place for… Lumens has become my go to place for lights! The sales reps were very helpful in narrowing down the choices. Everything shipped timely and arrived in good condition. I love my new Pina, it's the perfect little light on my nightstand!
