GBReturning Goods is a Nightmare It took six weeks to get my credit after 4 items were verifiably returned to LUMENS. First, only $2,000 was returned three weeks after received back to LUMENS after multiple phone calls. Then more phone calls and begging to get the $1000 balance 2 months after return initiated. Never will I ever order from LUMENS again. This company lost a very substantial customer. Caveat emptor. Not recommended.

GBI wish I could leave negative stars I wish I could leave negative stars. I am a designer and used lumens for a project. the shipping is free but my client keeps receiving a bill from fed ex. have called lumens 3 times. one of the light fixtures was received with an arm broken. still have not received a refund. I have spent way too much time trying to make this right. will never order from again

ANOTHER ITEM THAT HAD TO COME SEVERAL DAYS AGO NOW SHOWS DELIVERY IN WEEKS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THESE CROOKS. GBI spent so much time searching through… I spent so much time searching through hundreds of lights to find the perfect set. Shipping was supposed to be about a week out. I paid for the lights and 2 months later they just cancel my order (only after I checked with them a 2nd time for an update) No compensation or coupon for the fact that they have been holding over $1,000 for 2 months and now I need to order from someone else I guess when I eventually get my refund.
