Don't waste your money Don't waste your money. Paid £75 for non stick pan to which everything sticks from day one! I read the instructions booklet carefully! It is worse than the £5 , 3 year old pan it is replacing. Customer service was pompous, unfriendly and unhelpful. Date of experience: 14 March 2024

Communication from Le Crueset state no details of my claim can be found if they give me a contact I can supply info again Had contact with Le Creuset over the past three weeks with regard to a faulty stainless steel kettle. They take several days each time before a reply then ask for numerous photos which were supplied as requested. They ask me to try several remedies which I did without success then finally to return the product for further inspection without any supply of packaging to do so not to mention that I would be without a kettle for up to 10 days! When I explained that I have been unable to source a suitable container I was informed that I could visit my nearest store a two hour (minimum) round trip for inspection of the item but it was likely that this would be wear and tear and not under warranty. This is laughable as there are 2 adults only in the house and I am extremely meticulous in caring/cleaning without exception. Buyer beware of the warranty which is in my opinion a farce!

Horrific customer service I‘ve owned my pots for 14 years, used daily 😁 Recently (~Jan. 2024) two of the pots developed chips in the inside enamel. Called customer service for advice, left countless messages, never got a call back, wrote to the company, got two emails in reply throughout this period. The first asked for pictures, the second 1 month later was a standard copy-paste response saying that le creuset would not honour the 30-year warranty, referring to pictures not of my pots, and blaming me for the problem. I wrote back on the 8th of March 2024, asking for advice (repair etc) on my options and disputing the findings. I am still waiting (27.03) for an answer to my email. Whilst i loved my pots, this company’s customer service support is horrendous - 1 star 🤬

False warranty and lying reviews My husband and I were gifted a Dutch oven for our engagement party. I was browning meat in it and the enamel started chipping off. I submitted a ticket and was told I would not receive a replacement as there were 'signs of burning', which is not in line with the care and use requirements. What is the point of a cast iron Dutch oven that cannot be used to brown meat? For the price of the cookware and the fact it is a Dutch oven, it makes no sense for it to only able to be used for 'low to medium' cooking. I then wrote a review on the product, which was not put up due to it being negative. Ergo, they obviously only publish positive reviews on their site, giving a false impression of the product to their customers.

False advertising False advertising. Le Creuset Life time warranty my ass. Our very expensive pan doesn't heat evenly and everything sticks to the bottom. After 3 months of following manufactures seasoning instructions still no change. Contacted customer service this was there response. " please kindly note that we do not offer refunds on used items". My conclusion is maybe at one time they were good but now they are manufactured in China. Don't waste your money.
