GBWorst experience ever with this company … Worst experience ever with this company. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE. I tried placing an order in the middle of the process I changed my mind and cancel the order but even though that my card was charged. I tried contacting the company requesting a refund the only thing I will receive from the company will respond is that i only need to be patient on order to receive my product. I never even received an email with a confirmation number for my transaction neither an order number as well as a routing number was never provided. This company doesn’t have a customer service number where you can talk to someone.

GBScam ,DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company I would not even give 1star but had to in order to add this 2nd review with information for others: We have contacted Blast Auxiliary yet again. After they responded to my initial request for a refund, offering discount of item that it not fit for purpose. Please see the following and I will also be following this up with responses from parties contacted. FYI - escalation of our complaint! As we have not heard back from you, we have received no reply whatsoever to our last email (11/03/24 - see thread!) We have now escalated this complaint to Citizens Advice, The Competition and Markets Authority and the Financial Ombudsman, hopefully they will assist us in our complaint and help us to resolve this issue with yourselves, promptly refunding us for the goods of which you supplied to us, that DO NOT work as described on your website. Unfortunately you did not deal with this matter appropriately even though we contacted you within the 30 day money back guarantee time frame, as stated by your company. We will also publish this as a review on Trust Pilot, for all other consumers to make them aware of these terrible issues that we and many others have fallen victim of! It is criminal that this company continues to try and scam people into purchasing their goods and then failing to meet their terms and conditions when a refund is requested! Further updates will be added accordingly, hopefully we can save others from falling prey to this company and their scam.

GBThey had my money from May and we are… They had my money from May and we are in August no fan as yet and I asked for my refund and still no money £119 I needed it in June, I am super mad 😡 with them please don’t trust this company

GBI want a refund I have been trying to get a refund on this blast auxiliary air purifier for over two months. I have only gotten a run around. I am not satisfied with this product, I think it is cheap and not effective.

GBCompany calls customer liar Company calls customer liar! This company is a literal nightmare! BEWARE. After endless emails with no order delivered, the company say they delivered to my porch( don’t have one) my property has 24 hour CCTV cameras which stores all footage, no delivery was ever made, yet, my truthfulness has been questioned! Rather than accepting this ( cameras don’t lie) they continually harass me by email & refuse to accept that, no order was delivered. A disgusting way to treat customers .. talk about ‘bad customer service’ .. I’ve left it to my bank now, further harassment will mean me taking legal action.
