Elegant chandelier that can be found only in Gallery74!! I was searching for a Crystal contemporary chandelier to go with my modern dining room. I searched everywhere and did not find anything that was as beautiful and elegant as the raindrop chandelier I got from Gallery74. It is worth every penny, I have been getting so many compliments ever since I installed it. I am glad I found this website. I received the shipment promptly without any damage to the product.

We Finally Found It! We finally found a source for beautiful chandeliers at affordable prices. Our shipment was received well within the promised time frame. And even though some parts were broken, due to careless handling by the carrier i'm sure, customer service handled the complaint in a friendly and helpful manner. Replacement parts were received promptly.

I ordered a very expensive chandellier… I ordered a very expensive chandellier from these folks, in stock they said...6-weeks later it arrives. No instructions, the box was packed by a child from the looks of it. And most of the wiring is shorted to ground tripping the breakers every time power is applied. So I call their customer service in NJ, who differs to the shipper in CA. The whole set-up is a front for shoddy Chinese made lighting. Your money is best spent elsewhere or you're just giving it away. I would give them a zero but the system will not let me... UPDATE as of 24 Sep 2020. After some extensive conversations I got through to a supervisor who knew her stuff. They gave me a store credit and I purchased a different style from them, that’s the upside, the downside is an additional 4-week wait to resolve. I’m giving them an additional star. But the fact remains that the NJ crew is a front for a CA crew who is a front for a Chinese crew, be forewarned your experience may be better or worse.

great customer service As a small business based out of southern california, we enjoy personal customer service when we are dealing with our vendors. Jeana was so ver y helpful when we called to place an order. We have been ordering from this company for few years and look forward to always doing business with them. Great staff!
