I had an issue when ordering and called customer service and an actual person answered the phone, I could understand him, and he helped me fix the issue! We got our entire order, it was correct, and not damaged. Sadly, this is rare, and I was so happy this was an easy purchase. Plus, the floor looks GREAT!!

I called to talk with someone at OnFlooring and my direct questions about quality and cost were answered clearly, so I placed the order. There was a snafu with the original shipment which had me concerned, but a phone call to Mark, who promptly answered, quickly remedied the issue.
