Delivery! Unfortunately there was a serious… Unfortunately there was a serious breach in the company…. I understand completely. I felt so fortunate the small delivery truck made it to me ! The delivery man was so helpful! I love the flooring, everyone does! Every piece was in perfect condition… my contractor did a marvelous job. He would have liked the boards to have been longer, say, 5 feet…less cutting. But it worked. Thank you Dave for helping me throughout.

Pleased Spent a lot of time on-line looking for a match to our existing LVP. OnFloor had want we needed at a great price and very reasonable shipping rate. The communication from start to finish by email or phone was excellent! The backorder issue was getting a little frustrating but I understand still a common problem. The shipping carrier was equally very good, the emailing and phone communication was great!

Great Job! If need arrises, I'd use again. I had a great experience with OnFlooring. My product arrived as expected and timely. If I were to make any improvements to my experience, it would have been to notate that pick up is behind the building. As I am not accustom to just driving into someone's business yard, it took me a little time to determine it must be meant to be to drive through the gate.
