Silas 44” Fan Let me start by saying this is the 6th fan I’ve purchased in the past 6 months after moving into a new home. I’ve been extremely satisfied with all of my fans so far. That said, after paying to have this last one (Silas) installed, we notice a screeching noise when it’s on one particular fan setting. Disappointing, as I do not want to return it and have to pay a second installation fee. We will only be using the fan on the other settings. Too bad the setting we cannot use is the one I would likely use most often!

Fantastic Customer Support and Return Process Sophia and Hugo was very helpful. They both helped me with my return and refund process. They reply promptly and was very friendly. Although this purchase did not work out but because of their amazing customer support, I will def come back for future purchases.

I received a very fair price I received a very fair price, open box, and through no fault of their own, FedEx lost it as it arrived to my town. But Hugo and their customer service stayed on top of it and followed it back out found me another open box fan and made it work out.

Great Product - Fantastic Customer Service Purchased two super quiet Explorer outdoor smart fans. Customer service was able to quickly provide longer down rods to accommodate my sloped pavilion ceiling. Both fans werer easily synced to run from one remote.
