Owner There was a missing piece in the like kit you replace it quickly the one thing would be if the controller fit in the lite switch

Bought a down rod Bought a down rod, No instructions and no apparent capability with said fan then no return when item wasn’t used. I was charged me an operations fee deducted from my refund because it wasn’t a quality issue when I would have happily returned it. Just a Buyer beware….after their response I did not receive the correct credit….I paid $41.90 and received a credit of $27.69 so they charged me $14.21 operations fee. Really? You say to cover reshipping but told me not to return it so there is no return shipping. I would not consider this a resolution.

Modern ceiling fans and a reliable customer service We replaced our ceiling fans with Soran 52 inch Wifi Ceiling Fan in hugger-mount Installation from smafan.com a few months ago. The price, quality and the design of the ceiling fans is really good. We had an issue with one of the four fans that we purchased and the customer service was exceptional and prompt. If we need more ceiling fans, we would certainly buy from smafan.com again.
