The installation team arrived on time… The installation team arrived on time and started to work immediately, getting 1/2 the job completed that afternoon and finished up the next morning. Clean up was acceptable and the job looks great! Has rained 3 times since then and gutters are working as described! The sales rep was very friendly and answered all questions on the spot. I can recommend this service to anyone looking to new or replacement gutters and guards.

Worth the Listen!!! This evening I was very happy with the consultation that we received from Mr. Eric Du Pont in the Raleigh Durham area. He was patient kind and answered every question we had. We are still deciding if we want to move forward, but we at least wanted to point out to customers in the Raleigh - Durham area that HomeCraft and Mr. Du Pont were extremely professional and highly recommend them if you are in market. We started out just wanting our gutters cleaned but now we are truly considering moving forward with these gutter guards. One because of Mr. Du Pont but two because of the product and price itself.

HomeCraft - Don't use this company HomeCraft was eager to install gutters however, I've had problems since their installation and it has been next to impossible to get someone to come out and take a look. The gutters no longer drain to the down spout (this wasn't a problem prior to installation). Navigating assistance through their warranty department and promises from upper level employees was time consuming, frustrating and resulted in a series of dead ends. I WOULD NOT recommend Home Craft to anyone.

It's been a great experience to work with Tiffany to schedule the project. Her pricing is very reasonable, and she works to get every discount she possibly can to help the home owner.

He took his time and explained all the issues on my home and the all about the product. I wasn't able to make a decision today but definitely homecraft is my number 1. No need to get other quotes, looking forward to becoming part of the home craft family in the future,
