A Problem-free gutter installation My every contact with Home Craft was friendly and professional. From the initial visit to my home by salesman Daniel Garcia to the final customer service call from Sarah Miller, my experience was quite satisfactory. The gutter installation crew arrived on time and wasted no time in getting the job done. Rogelio Flores and his assistant did an excellent job and the only sign that they had been on site were new gutters, gutter guards and downspouts with gutter gates on my house. I am very pleased with their work.

Worth the Listen!!! This evening I was very happy with the consultation that we received from Mr. Eric Du Pont in the Raleigh Durham area. He was patient kind and answered every question we had. We are still deciding if we want to move forward, but we at least wanted to point out to customers in the Raleigh - Durham area that HomeCraft and Mr. Du Pont were extremely professional and highly recommend them if you are in market. We started out just wanting our gutters cleaned but now we are truly considering moving forward with these gutter guards. One because of Mr. Du Pont but two because of the product and price itself.

HomeCraft - Don't use this company HomeCraft was eager to install gutters however, I've had problems since their installation and it has been next to impossible to get someone to come out and take a look. The gutters no longer drain to the down spout (this wasn't a problem prior to installation). Navigating assistance through their warranty department and promises from upper level employees was time consuming, frustrating and resulted in a series of dead ends. I WOULD NOT recommend Home Craft to anyone.

Had a great time doing business with Josh today … Josh came by this afternoon to evaluate our needs. We knew we had issues with leaves clogging out gutters as well as one section of guttering that has become dislodged from our home. He did his measurements and provided education regarding our specific issues and most cost effective solutions. He was thorough and an absolute pleasure during his presentation. His knowledge of products and benefits was impressive and since I really liked the product, warranty, and the price, I said yes. I’m somewhat physically handicapped so cleaning a gutter on a two story house just isn’t safe for me to consider anymore. Having these gutter guards installed will circumvent a lot of problems. The product and services are worth your time.

The installation team arrived on time… The installation team arrived on time and started to work immediately, getting 1/2 the job completed that afternoon and finished up the next morning. Clean up was acceptable and the job looks great! Has rained 3 times since then and gutters are working as described! The sales rep was very friendly and answered all questions on the spot. I can recommend this service to anyone looking to new or replacement gutters and guards.
