Worth the Listen!!! This evening I was very happy with the consultation that we received from Mr. Eric Du Pont in the Raleigh Durham area. He was patient kind and answered every question we had. We are still deciding if we want to move forward, but we at least wanted to point out to customers in the Raleigh - Durham area that HomeCraft and Mr. Du Pont were extremely professional and highly recommend them if you are in market. We started out just wanting our gutters cleaned but now we are truly considering moving forward with these gutter guards. One because of Mr. Du Pont but two because of the product and price itself.

We are excited about our new guttering system. Johnathon H. came by and inspected my home for a new guttering system in our new home we just moved into the 24th of July 2022. After inspecting he came in and sat with me and my wife and explained our situation very well. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect and gave us a well grounded plan concerning our needs. They will be doing this job this Tuesday the 8th of August 2022 only 3 days after his inspection.

HomeCraft - Don't use this company HomeCraft was eager to install gutters however, I've had problems since their installation and it has been next to impossible to get someone to come out and take a look. The gutters no longer drain to the down spout (this wasn't a problem prior to installation). Navigating assistance through their warranty department and promises from upper level employees was time consuming, frustrating and resulted in a series of dead ends. I WOULD NOT recommend Home Craft to anyone.
