I ordered a large number of deck tiles from Yard & Home that ran into a number of logistical issues when shipping. Though the supplier/logistics companies were not very helpful and I ended up having to rent a truck to do last mile pickup of the delayed, 3000lb shipment myself, Y&H themselves were quick to respond and helpful throughout the process. They also refunded me the costs of pickup upon request.

Ordering was easy, pricing was good and the shipment came within days after purchasing. Yard & Home had a huge selection of balusters to choose from and had plenty of inventory. I will definitely be using Yard & Home for my go to supplier in the future.

The availability of products is great… The availability of products is great and shipping was prompt, however the I had an issue with the product. I have ordered 26" Estate aluminum balusters twice. The first batch was cut to 25 13/16" allowing for the extra added by the 2 connectors giving an exact 26". The second order came with all (30) balusters cut to exactly 26", which gave a total length of 26 3/16. Not a big difference but enough to require that I trim 3/16's off each one to make for a proper fit. The manufacturer should tighten up quality control.
